About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage entity setups, inter-company agreements, and comprehensive corporate housekeeping, executing changes and meeting deadlines alongside the Compliance Team and local CSPs.
Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements (including B2B, SaaS, licensing, marketing, and contractor deals) and handle redlines directly with counterparties.
Build out reports, standard terms, contract templates, and foundational legal documentation independently from the ground up.
Oversee IP management and maintain the centralized trademark register, coordinating with external agents for new filings.
Act as the go-to legal advisor for quick questions from internal business teams and serve as the primary liaison with CSPs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree.
5+ years of experience, most of it senior-level, with real hands-on contract drafting across different kinds of business arrangements.
Solid corporate law background in multi-jurisdictional environment.
Experience in iGaming (or fintech/payments).
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Can work independently and build things from scratch.
Flags problems and open questions clearly, escalating.
