About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own acquisition, partnerships, and the entire German market strategy.
Build local channels from scratch and close deals with affiliates and influencers.
Ensure the player experience is authentic and premium.
Drive deposits, FTDs, and NGR month-on-month.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid iGaming experience.
Proven background in marketing, ops, or product within the sector.
Understanding of German player behavior, local payment ecosystems, and competitive landscape.
Strong commercial instincts.
Fluent in English with a track record of negotiating high-stakes deals.
Uncompromising ownership of strategy and execution.
