About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations.
Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailored to their individual preferences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention and loyalty, including creating exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP players.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in an account manager/ account executive/ sales rep/ customer support agent or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills in English - C2, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Australian, New Zealand or other English gambling cultures is a huge plus.
Friendly attitude with relationship-building skills to foster positive and lasting partnerships.
iGaming experience is a strong plus.
