About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailored to their individual preferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention and loyalty, including creating exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP players.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in an account manager/ account executive/ sales rep/ customer support agent or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - C2, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Australian, New Zealand or other English gambling cultures is a huge plus.
  • Friendly attitude with relationship-building skills to foster positive and lasting partnerships.
  • iGaming experience is a strong plus.
