Operations Executive
Bet On TalentOperations Executive running a skin gambling platform while overseeing payments, support, and CRM. Coordinating with game providers and ensuring smooth operations from launch day.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Keep a daily eye on site uptime, coordinate game updates, and report technical bugs to the dev team
- Assist the Support team by investigating complex tickets, user complaints, payment issues, or technical glitches that need a deeper look
- Help with KYC/AML checks and use tools to spot fraud, bots, or suspicious betting patterns & investigate player behaviour
- Act as the daily contact for game providers and payment services, tech vendors and other 3rd parties to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Ensure the 'unboxing' experience stays relevant to what players actually want
Requirements
What you’ll need- You're a CS gamer with a deep understanding of skin rarity, wear levels (floats), pattern indexes, and the 'investor' side of the Steam ecosystem
- You follow the Pro Circuit
- 1–2 years in iGaming, fintech, or gaming operations is a plus but not mandatory (we'll train you)
