Key responsibilities & impact

Own SendGrid end-to-end and manage domain portfolio across multiple registrars.
Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.
Proactively monitor IP and domain health.
Manage Cloudflare as primary perimeter and traffic layer.
Oversee local networks, VPNs, and connectivity across Malta office and remote workforce.
Lead day-to-day IT operations, triaging and resolving hardware and software issues.
Partner with HR for technical onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers, and access records.
Translate complex technical topics into clear updates for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdiction environment.
Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team, with the ability to set priorities, develop people, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Solid hands-on expertise with Cloudflare, SendGrid, and modern domain registrars.
Strong working knowledge of email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and brand-reputation protection.
Comfortable across Windows and macOS.
Practical exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR) and supporting audit processes.
Excellent communicator — able to translate complex technical hurdles into clear updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset.
