SDR, 2nd Shift, Part Time
BestLogic StaffingSales Development Rep driving growth in staffing industries by managing client relationships and pursuing new leads. Utilizing training and initiatives to enhance client engagement and sales success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the initial point of contact for BestLogic Staffing to prospects interested in Professional Staffing Services
- Use training to educate prospects on our capabilities and identify opportunities
- Work with clients to obtain qualified job requirements and educate them on service offerings
- Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts
- Promote client development and build relationships through office visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Research organizations to uncover opportunities and create campaigns for new business generation
- Follow sales best practices to consistently engage target prospects
- Maintain client records and answer client questions about terms and services
- Maximize existing client relationships as a primary touch point
- Track vendor agreements and complete invoicing information
- Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- Experience in sales & staffing industry
- Understanding the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
