- Researching and formulating perspectives on potential business leads for the company's properties
- Curating and managing databases covering collegiate conferences and schools
- Assisting in crafting proposals using PowerPoint and Word
- Creating sponsorship asset valuations and conducting impressions calculations
- Maintaining updates on agency and brand statuses
- Conducting in-depth research on special projects and prospective clients
- Updating credentials and refining pitch decks for presentations
- Assisting in schedule management for Managing Partners
- Contributing ideas and executing potential marketing solutions for advertisers and sponsors
- Overseeing client activations, providing post-analysis, and suggesting future growth strategies
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with a keenness for learning and multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, and familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Preferred experience in sales, marketing, media, and a demonstrated interest in college athletics
