Associate Program Manager – Regional Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as a strategic advisor to their assigned Co-ops by providing insights and guidance on marketing strategy based on regional needs, customer behavior, and market nuances.
- Supports marketing and sales objectives by managing programs and projects that advance marketing goals for assigned products, services, or regions.
- Develops and executes marketing plans, proposals, and promotional initiatives for assigned products, services, market segments, or regions (Co-ops).
- Coordinates integrated marketing activities across advertising, direct marketing, events, field marketing, and digital platforms.
- Researches regional needs and marketing communication opportunities, developing presentations, recommendations, and promotional content tailored to market dynamics.
- Partners with internal teams and external vendors to develop, schedule, and produce marketing materials.
- Analyzes marketing performance data to evaluate effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Supports budget planning, vendor coordination, and cost tracking to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manages assigned Co-op activities in partnership with leadership, including stakeholder communication and meeting coordination.
- Leverages AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance data analysis, campaign optimization, and marketing efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Approximately 2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, or multi-location environments.
- Understanding of integrated marketing principles across advertising, digital, events, and field marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with marketing performance metrics and budget tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with market segments and brand positioning.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, forecasting, or campaign optimization preferred.
