About the role
- Handle customer questions by phone, email, and chat
- Ensure every interaction is professional and friendly
- Provide support for Spanish-speaking customers

Requirements
- Native/C2 level Spanish (Spain or Latin America)
- English B2 level (for training & internal use)
- Must already live in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit required)
