About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and/or chat
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in French (B2 or above); English for internal communication
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Porto
- EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence permit
