About the role
- Support the Business Development Manager with quotes, client meetings, and sample coordination.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Manage CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for leads and project tracking.
- Manage marketing execution to strengthen Greenmood's visibility across digital platforms, architectural networks, and social media.
- Adapt global marketing content to the GCC market and ensure brand consistency with EU marketing team.
- Act as biophilic design ambassador delivering lunch & learn presentations for architects and designers.
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and developers across the GCC.
- Promote the values of biophilic design to the architecture and design community.
- Role is office-based in Dubai with no travel required.
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in sales support and marketing (interior design, furniture, or related industries).
- Knowledge or strong interest in biophilic design & sustainable interiors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with architectural presentations or events is a plus.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Excellent English; Arabic an advantage.
- Must be already based in Dubai / UAE (local candidates only).
