About the role
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with local veterinary clinics, specialty hospitals, and veterinary referral partners.
- Conduct in-person visits to veterinary offices to introduce ACC Plus services and provide educational materials.
- Schedule and coordinate facility tours for veterinarians and practice managers.
- Serve as the primary liaison between veterinary partners and the ACC Plus team.
- Promote the benefits and capabilities of the ACC Plus program to veterinary professionals.
- Support referral development for dogs recovering from orthopedic surgery, oncology treatments, and other medically managed conditions.
- Track and manage referral activity and program enrollment metrics.
- Identify priority veterinary practices in the region and build an outreach schedule.
- Attend select local veterinary or pet industry events to promote ACC Plus services.
- Work closely with the ACC Plus leadership team and resort management to communicate referral opportunities and client needs.
Requirements
- Experience in relationship management, business development, veterinary practice relations, or animal health services preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with veterinary professionals.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a structured outreach schedule.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track referral activity and engagement.
- Passion for animal care and understanding of the veterinary ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
