About the role
- Responsible for reconciliation of various payroll data entered into the Workday payroll system to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Review of time entered to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supports the Senior Manager of Payroll in the operation, maintenance and management of all Workday payroll-related systems.
- Responsible for reviewing and updating state and local payroll taxes.
- Communicate with various levels of staff to ensure timely entry, submission and approval of timecards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of payroll processing and payroll tax administration.
- Experience with the Workday payroll system.
- Knowledge of state payroll tax regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong software skills including Office 365 and Excel.
