Requirements
- 7–10 years of healthcare business development experience, with strong payer or Government Plan relationships.
- Established network with decision-makers in Quality, Population Health, Stars, HEDIS, and clinical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of consultative sales and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate at the C-suite level.
- Strategic thinker who understands payer priorities and value-based performance models.
- Ability to travel 10–15% for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
