  • The Opportunity: Senior Business Development Manager to expand our presence with Government Health Plans, a highly visible, client-facing role.
  • You will operate as an individual contributor with strong internal support, owning the sales cycle from lead generation through contract close.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of healthcare business development experience, with strong payer or Government Plan relationships.
  • Established network with decision-makers in Quality, Population Health, Stars, HEDIS, and clinical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consultative sales and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate at the C-suite level.
  • Strategic thinker who understands payer priorities and value-based performance models.
  • Ability to travel 10–15% for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
