Key responsibilities & impact

Support change execution across third-party platforms, internal tools, or partner-specific decisioning environments.
Translate business requirements and approved strategies into clear specifications, logic, and implementation support materials.
Help ensure decision logic is aligned to business intent, policy, and approval documentation.
Perform user acceptance testing, production verification testing, and other validation activities for strategy changes.
Help develop and maintain repeatable testing processes and quality checks to improve execution accuracy and consistency.
Maintain documentation including specifications, test evidence, validation results, and change logs.
Support auditable and well-controlled implementation practices in a regulated environment.
Communicate testing outcomes, implementation status, issues, and risks clearly and effectively.
Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality and strong attention to detail.
Fulfill data requests, simulations, and analyses in support of strategy and business partners.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen execution controls.
Use Python, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to automate repeatable processes where appropriate.
Contribute to scalable reporting, testing, and implementation support processes as team needs evolve.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in an analytics, implementation, operations, decisioning, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative or related field.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to translate business requirements into structured logic, documentation, or technical specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
Exposure to credit, pricing, or other decisioning workflows.
Experience with testing, validation, quality assurance, or production support processes.
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, rules engines, or decision platforms is a plus.
Interest in automation, process improvement, and reducing repetitive manual work.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with both business and technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and decisioning processes.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and control.
Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
