About the role
- Lead the standardization, governance, and control of reporting across operations organization.
- Design and implement frameworks, processes, and controls for accurate reporting.
- Serve as central authority on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definitions and reporting integrity.
- Establish controls to ensure reporting accuracy and auditability.
- Define and institutionalize standardized KPI definitions across operations.
- Oversee executive-level reporting packages for clarity and strategic alignment.
- Own reporting documentation and control artifacts for internal audit and control review.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in reporting strategy, governance, analytics leadership, or operational excellence.
- Experience building reporting governance frameworks in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated experience standardizing KPI definitions across large, cross-functional organizations.
- Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, or Audit functions.
- Proven ability to lead change in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Analytics, Statistics or related field
- Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services
Benefits
- In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary.
