Support the execution and optimization of existing customer and remarketing retention marketing strategies through data analysis, reporting, measurement, and testing.
Collaborate across Marketing, Risk, Product, and Data Science teams to enhance retention strategies while ensuring compliance and data quality.
Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and Authenticated channels.
Conduct audits of marketing data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with credit policy.
Develop, optimize, and maintain data and reporting solutions, including SQL tables, Power BI dashboards, and automated reporting views.
Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover insights that improve targeting, messaging, and channel performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, etc.); Master’s preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or growth analytics, ideally in FinTech or consumer lending.
Prior experience with Email and/or Digital Analytics preferred.
Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R preferred.
Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Understanding of attribution methodologies, statistical testing, and digital analytics platforms.
Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations.
Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
