About the role
- Provide strategic analytics leadership in support of paid and organic digital acquisition channels, including website optimizations, search (SEM & SEO), social, display/programmatic, TV, and online video
- Play a key role in the implementation and application of the company’s marketing mix model (MMM)
- Deliver insights, measurement frameworks, and analytical rigor needed to shape optimization and investment decisions across channels
- Partner closely with Marketing, Web Analytics, Risk, Product, and Data Science to ensure marketing decisions are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with business and credit objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, etc.); Master’s preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or growth analytics, ideally in FinTech or consumer lending
- Experience with digital channels, marketing mix modeling (MMM) or similar advanced attribution measurement approaches
- Prior Digital Analytics experience preferred
