About the role
- Influence your pod’s roadmap to align with company objectives and market needs and opportunities.
- Become an evangelist and expert in your product area.
- Lead the product development lifecycle for your focus areas, ensuring high-quality execution and clarity to stakeholders and the organization.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights and discovery techniques to understand customer needs and pain point to recommend changes to roadmap and future iterations.
- Partner closely with engineering, general managers, design, data, marketing, and operations to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions that balance customer and business needs.
- Leverage metrics, A/B testing, and user feedback to make informed product decisions.
- Analyze post-launch results, and recommend next steps to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years product management and/or product design experience at innovative, dynamic technology companies
- Background in consumer products, preferably related to financial services and lending or experience in another regulated industry
- Proven ability to deliver products and solutions to market
- Balance of data, process and results driven to inform decisions, promote disciplined execution, gauge outcomes and derive insights
- Strong collaborator to align priorities, plans and execution with leaders of other business and technical teams, and fellow product team members
- Self-starter and able to navigate ambiguity comfortably and clearly
- Strong verbal and written communication

- In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
- Yearly incentive bonus target 25% of base salary.
- This position may also be eligible for long-term cash incentives.
