Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of retail store manager experience
5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and a $30+ million big box retail store
5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
Flexibility to travel to various store locations in Cambie, West Vancouver, Robson, Granville, Richmond, South Vancouver, Kingsway, Burnaby.
