About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all aspects of our store, including leading a team of assistant store leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of retail store manager experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and a $30+ million big box retail store
  • 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
  • Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
  • Flexibility to travel to various store locations in Cambie, West Vancouver, Robson, Granville, Richmond, South Vancouver, Kingsway, Burnaby.
