About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (Research Engineers, Research scientists, Software engineers, Product engineers, and more)
- Source passive candidates through creative outreach, referrals, and community engagement
- Manage candidate pipeline, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and refine recruiting processes as we scale
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or in AI/ML
- Strong sourcing skills and a network in the AI/engineering talent market
- Ability to move fast, operate independently, and wear multiple hats
- Excellent judgment on candidate quality and culture fit
- Familiarity with AI/ML roles and terminology
- Ability to hire for non-technical roles (e.g. operations) is nice to have.
