About the role

  • Make the initial contact with leads generated by marketing;
  • Actively prospect new clients via email, WhatsApp, phone, and LinkedIn;
  • Execute contact sequences, both automated and personalized;
  • Qualify leads, understand the prospect company's needs, and verify whether our solution would address them;
  • Hand off qualified leads to the closer;
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads;
  • Sell Bertholdo's initial products as needed;
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs, always aiming to optimize processes to achieve the best results.

Requirements

  • Have a sales mindset and enjoy listening to others;
  • Not afraid of using the phone, Google Meet, or WhatsApp;
  • Action- and results-oriented;
  • High capacity for learning and absorbing information;
  • Enjoy reading, writing, and learning;
