About the role
- Make the initial contact with leads generated by marketing;
- Actively prospect new clients via email, WhatsApp, phone, and LinkedIn;
- Execute contact sequences, both automated and personalized;
- Qualify leads, understand the prospect company's needs, and verify whether our solution would address them;
- Hand off qualified leads to the closer;
- Conduct follow-ups with leads;
- Sell Bertholdo's initial products as needed;
- Monitor metrics and KPIs, always aiming to optimize processes to achieve the best results.
Requirements
- Have a sales mindset and enjoy listening to others;
- Not afraid of using the phone, Google Meet, or WhatsApp;
- Action- and results-oriented;
- High capacity for learning and absorbing information;
- Enjoy reading, writing, and learning;
- Show initiative and interest in solving problems and proposing solutions;
- Take responsibility for planned results and dislike people who make excuses;
- Proactive;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to manage demands and deliveries in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving processes and a continuous drive to meet targets;
