About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct and synthesize organizational change readiness assessments, incorporating leadership and staff perspectives.
Develop resistance management strategies, escalation paths, and mitigation plans.
Support leadership alignment and readiness for system, policy, and process changes.
Ensure OCM activities are coordinated with system vendors and other project partners.
Guide development of targeted communications tailored to key stakeholders and audience groups.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a team setting.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business, public administration, or related field.
Prosci® Change Management Certification.
Experience leading organizational change management efforts on complex initiatives.
Demonstrated experience applying Prosci® or similar change management methodologies.
Experience supporting large-scale system, policy, or process transformations (public sector and/or Medicaid experience strongly preferred).
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
Experience working with government or Medicaid agencies.
Familiarity with EPMO or enterprise program environments.
Experience coordinating change activities across multiple vendors and workstreams.
