Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities across the group's sites
Design and deploy practical AI solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision quality
Modernize processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and admin functions
Build a library of reusable AI tools, frameworks, and prompt assets
Improve underlying data quality and prepare the business for cloud-based analytics
Lead training and change-adoption programs to build AI capability across all sites
Ensure every deployment is responsible, ethical, and compliant
Track impact through defined KPIs, ROI figures, and operational improvement metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience delivering AI or digital transformation in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or a similar operational environment
Hands-on fluency with AI tools, including ChatGPT, Copilot, computer vision, predictive modeling, and automation platforms
Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
Ability to translate business problems into workable AI solutions
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas in plain terms
Proven track record of delivering measurable improvement through automation or AI
Comfortable operating at pace across multiple sites; proactive and curious
Stable, high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for power or service-provider interruptions
Own PC/laptop with at least 8GB RAM and Core i5, AMD Ryzen 3, or 2013 Mac equivalent processor or higher
Windows 10 or above, or macOS Catalina 10.15 or newer
Up-to-date web browsers and security software
500GB/128 SSD storage
