About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and execute AI strategy by building a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption across corporate functions aligned to business goals
Lead AI readiness efforts, including data governance, tool selection, security, and business case development
Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases by translating business needs into cost-effective AI solutions
Lead AI transformation projects end to end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and operationalization
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable outcomes
Support client-facing AI enablement and understand client-related AI needs
Define and implement responsible AI risk and usage policies with the security team
Build and maintain an external AI partner and vendor network and track vendor roadmaps and emerging innovation
Manage budgeting and financial operations for AI tools, pilots, and projects
Track spend, evaluate business cases, and measure ROI
Define and track KPIs for AI initiative impact, capture lessons learned, and identify optimization opportunities
Lead thought leadership on ethical, sustainable, and compliant AI practices
Ensure solutions meet quality standards and organizational values
Stay current on AI/ML trends and emerging technology to drive innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary strategy within corporate operations
Direct experience implementing AI use cases with measurable outcomes
Familiarity with the full innovation lifecycle from ideation through scaling
Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape with hands-on collaboration experience
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Stable, high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for power or service-provider interruptions
Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher processor
Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer
Up-to-date web browsers and security software
500GB/128 SSD storage
Noise-canceling headset/earphones and webcam with 720p or higher resolution
