Program Manager

• Own day-to-day operations across Berry Street’s diabetes-related programs, including prevention and education services delivered virtually.
• Ensure programs are grounded in current evidence-based standards and best practices for diabetes care, prevention, and self-management.
• Serve as a clinical and operational leader for program delivery, setting standards for participant engagement, session structure, and care quality.
• Provide direct education to patients (e.g. leading DPP groups as a CDC-approved Lifestyle Coach).
• Collaborate closely with operations, product, data, and engineering teams to translate clinical and regulatory requirements into scalable systems and workflows.
• Contribute clinical expertise to the development of diabetes-related offerings and enhancements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable CDC, ADA, CMS, and other relevant regulatory and accreditation bodies.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve program documentation, operational workflows, and internal controls that support accreditation, audits, reviews, and renewals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives informed by program and participant-level data.
• Provide oversight for diabetes program staff, including educators, coaches, and clinicians.

Diabetes Program Manager – DPP, DSME

Security Engineer

• Own day-to-day **IT operations and device management**, including laptops, endpoints, onboarding/offboarding, inventory, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage **identity, access, and permissioning controls**, including SSO, role-based access, and access reviews.
• Execute **technical security controls** in support of HIPAA, SOC 2, and enterprise customer requirements.
• Support **SOC 2 and enterprise security remediation**, including implementing controls, coordinating evidence, and maintaining documentation.
• Implement and operate an **IT support ticketing system and service catalog** with auditable request tracking.
• Manage** IT vendors and tools**, including evaluating, implementing, and integrating platforms (e.g., MDM, IdP, ticketing).
• Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, and external security vendors to align technical implementation with compliance requirements.
• Produce clear **system and process documentation** and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.
