About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct client intake conversations while accurately entering information into case management software
- Clearly explain the VA claims process to prospective clients
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and text; proactively follow up to advance qualified cases
- Identify the claims a client wishes to file with the VA and gather the necessary documentation and statements to support those claims
- Organize and maintain client files within the firm's document management system
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a consistently professional and positive demeanor
- Work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and tenacity
Requirements

- Technical proficiency — comfortable navigating multiple software platforms; able to quickly learn new systems and accurately manage digital records
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal, across all client and staff interactions
