About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets by converting qualified personal injury leads into retained clients.
- Deliver a white-glove intake experience reflecting Berry Law's commitment to serving injured clients.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all client interactions and sales activity to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Execute Berry Law's proven personal injury sales process while continuously improving through coaching and training.
- Quickly assess the viability and value of personal injury cases and identify high-value cases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in sales or other competitive, performance-driven environments
- Comfortable working with sales metrics, KPIs, and performance targets
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in personal injury, medical treatment, healthcare, insurance, or related fields (strongly preferred)
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, etc.) (also preferred)
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) a plus (also preferred)
