About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that contracts signed with schools are properly executed and that clients have a positive, ongoing experience with the provided teaching system
Lead the Pedagogical Performance area, overseeing approximately 10 people, including consultants, coordinators and pedagogical advisors
Develop the team through planning continuous training programs to align knowledge and information
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the teaching system in schools after commercial closing
Act as a pedagogical account executive, providing support and follow-up for schools' pedagogical challenges
Participate in designing the department's processes and routines following the merger
Lead the team to improve NPS and reduce churn
Contribute to cross-sell and up-sell of products and solutions to partner schools
Be present with the team in the field, with availability for frequent travel, seeking new business opportunities, expanding market share and selling services and products to retain clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience with teaching systems, especially in structuring and managing pedagogical teams
Hands-on profile with a strong strategic vision and the ability to execute and build processes from scratch
Ability to lead a team that works directly with schools, ensuring quality of delivery, support and continuous follow-up
Strong analytical skills and experience managing indicators/KPIs
Desire for long-term growth, aligned with the growth of Multitude and the Bernoulli group
Relationship and leadership skills in a multidisciplinary and fast-changing environment
Experience with targets tied to NPS, churn and annual revenue from renewals, up-sell and cross-sell
Knowledge of current legislation (LDB)
Knowledge of normative instructions and teaching guidelines, such as BNCC
Availability for frequent travel
