About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create standard manuals for projects, ensuring Bernoulli’s graphic standards and quality.
- Equations and formulas – develop and apply equations and formulas according to the technical standards of each exact-sciences discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology), using the available tool (MathType) to produce the required equations and standardize them for each segment.
- Check each digital material/item, taking responsibility for the quality and functioning of interactivity.
- Create the visual concept for digital assets (books, websites, image-based questions and video-resolution items), distributing and organizing graphic elements in space—such as text, photos, illustrations, charts and infographics—respecting the graphic design standards and visual identity specifications to ensure legibility, organization and visual appeal of the book.
- Perform photo editing to improve technical image quality; create charts and tables, standardizing visual and technical graphic elements to ensure good legibility of printed material for student and teacher understanding.
- Transcribe texts provided as images into editable format to improve readability, ensuring student learning and visual/aesthetic unity of the material.
- Analyze guidelines and documentation from each publication area; perform assembly, page layout and corrections based on revision notes from the reviewer, pedagogical analyst and author, building creative pages and adjusting them according to the visual concept of each publication to engage students, maintain editorial and pedagogical standards and support effective learning through visual organization.
- Design pages for each publication by determining the best composition for each segment/collection, organizing graphic elements—such as text, photos, illustrations, charts, maps and infographics—adhering to the technical standards of each collection’s graphic project to guarantee legibility, organization and visual appeal of every page.
Requirements
What you’ll need- CLT employment (Brazil), Hybrid (candidates from Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas) or Remote.
- Working hours: 44 hours per week — Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
