About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a technical reference in bilingual teaching methodologies (CLIL, TBL, communicative approach), supporting coordinators and teams in content production, editing and review.
Critically review printed and digital teaching materials, ensuring linguistic accuracy, pedagogical consistency and alignment with the competency and skills framework, the BNCC (Brazilian National Common Curricular Base) and the materials' pedagogical proposal.
Develop and keep up-to-date program guidance documents, such as pedagogical proposals, authorship guidelines, best-practice manuals and sample lesson plans.
Plan, structure and deliver training programs and learning paths on second-language teaching methodologies for authors, analysts, content coordinators and pedagogical consultants.
Monitor pedagogical, editorial and market trends related to bilingual education and English language teaching, supporting the ongoing development of the portfolio.
Oversee material production and identify pedagogical risks, linguistic inconsistencies and opportunities to improve editorial standards.
Assist coordination in leading key projects for the editorial areas of English-language solutions, contributing technical quality and pedagogical coherence to deliverables.
Contribute to the critical, ethical and strategic use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content production.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education
Bachelor's degree in Letras (Portuguese/English), Pedagogy or a related field.
Postgraduate degree in Bilingual Education, Language Teaching or related areas (preferred).
Professional experience
Proven experience producing and reviewing bilingual content for educational systems, publishers or bilingual schools.
Experience delivering teacher training or training for pedagogical consultants in bilingual teaching methodologies.
Experience in structured editorial projects, including participation in developing work plans and bilingual materials.
Languages
Fluent English (C1/C2), with excellent written and oral skills for presentations and training in the language.
Technical knowledge
Strong command of bilingual teaching methodologies (CLIL, TBL, communicative approach).
Knowledge of editorial processes and end-to-end production workflows for print and digital materials.
Critical, ethical and strategic use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to editorial production.
