About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Anticipate educational trends that can broaden partner schools' pedagogical repertoire, especially at the interface of School Management and its multiple areas.
  • Propose solutions to partner schools, tailoring pedagogical demands beyond Bernoulli materials, covering all levels of the school community: students, leadership team, teachers, coordinators, families and other staff.
  • Develop complementary products aimed at deepening the understanding of the Pedagogical Solutions of the Education System.
  • Enhance the capabilities of partner schools by delivering high-quality, customized professional development based on institutions' needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of new educational solutions, supporting the Product Directorate.
  • Participate in pedagogical meetings, conferences and educational fairs, preparing critical and analytical reports that inform the company's decision-making.
  • Deliver high-quality training aligned with the pedagogical approach of the Bernoulli Education System, aimed at impacting partner school leadership in the areas of data, leadership, pedagogical project, time management, performance assurance, regulatory compliance and the human dimension of leadership.
  • Act strategically within the Commercial Directorate, decisively supporting contract closures.
  • Provide internal training on demand for various Directorates.
  • Lead institutional events, ensuring outstanding performance by addressing contemporary educational themes related to school management.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with partner schools to resolve conflicts and impasses related to our Solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postgraduate degree required; Master's and/or Doctorate in Education preferred.
  • Valid Category B driver's license, availability to travel and to drive on federal highways.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Basic Education teacher.
  • Knowledge of school management across various scopes: coordination, direction and pedagogical supervision.
  • Proficiency in data-driven management.
  • Time management and decision-making skills.
  • Solid knowledge of national regulations: LDB (Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education), BNCC (National Common Curricular Base), National Education Plan.
  • Studies in leadership.
  • School management oriented to performance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of educational marketing, the school's customer journey, and student retention and loyalty strategies.
