Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Lead and develop teams of Product Managers and AI Product Builders.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and risk.
Ensure data-driven decision-making by tracking metrics and outcomes.
Ensure quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions in partnership with the technology team.
Build alignment across business, pedagogical, data, and technology areas.
Communicate results, risks, and priorities to executive leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in digital product management and leading product teams.
Strong knowledge of generative AI and LLMs, including quality evaluation, limitations, and risks of AI-based solutions.
Ability to review prototypes and technical solutions, identifying security, scalability, cost, and maintainability risks.
Familiarity with data analysis, product metrics, and BI tools.
Understanding of modern digital product architecture (APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud services).
Experience with or familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and AI-assisted development.
Knowledge of best practices in security, privacy, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), especially in educational contexts.
