About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct meetings and participate in events and commercial activities (calls or in person) to present the group's schools to prospective clients;
- Record information gathered during the sales process in the company's CRM and other software;
- Qualify leads from the pre-sales team to drive conversion and actual enrollment;
- Analyze the sales process to identify improvements in messaging, stages, and the overall commercial workflow;
- Advise on the documentation required to complete enrollments;
- Assist families and students with the admission and enrollment or seat-reservation process, including preparation for entrance exams (when necessary), answering questions, and informing about deadlines and fees;
- Participate in institution-led events, always supporting families in a welcoming manner;
- Schedule meetings with the pedagogical team (when necessary);
- Build and maintain relationships with partner companies;
- Take part in management routines, report achieved figures, and monitor and manage sales routines and metrics;
- Be familiar with all educational segments offered by the institution (early childhood, elementary — early years, elementary — later years, and high school), as well as the institution's key differentiators, payment plans, and the enrollment process;
- Welcome families and present the institution, always highlighting its strengths, benefits, and differentiators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education (bachelor's) completed or in progress;
- Experience in commercial services and lead generation/acquisition is a plus;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM systems is considered a plus.
