About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use of technological solutions - Ensure that the schools served adopt and use educational platforms and tools, promoting their integration into daily pedagogical activities.
Personalized and effective training - Deliver training aligned with each school's needs, ensuring at least the target active attendance and achieving a satisfaction rate above target in feedback.
Prompt resolution of requests - Resolve technical requests within the established SLA, maintaining an active and accessible channel for continuous support.
Develop strategic plans - Create and implement school-specific action plans based on prior diagnostics and aligned with technological priorities.
Monitoring and impact analysis - Provide quarterly reports demonstrating progress in the usability and adoption of the tools.
Continuous improvement and proactivity - Identify opportunities for technological improvements and innovations, implementing customized solutions to optimize outcomes in the schools served.
Relationship building and retention - Establish trusting relationships with schools, ensuring active contact and achieving satisfaction rates above targets in service interactions.
Alignment with organizational strategies - Actively participate in meetings and internal planning to ensure actions and deliverables align with organizational objectives and contribute to overall results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or related fields that intersect with educational technology, such as Technology and Multimedia, Instructional/ Educational Design, Information Systems, Digital Communication, or similar.
Preferred: Knowledge of Generative AI and its applications in educational contexts will be considered an important plus.
Mastery of educational technology tools: Proficiency in using and configuring school management platforms, virtual learning environments (VLEs)/learning management systems (LMS), and educational technical support tools.
User training and development: Ability to deliver in-person and online training focused on educational technology for diverse audiences (administrators, teachers, and technical teams).
Educational data analysis: Ability to interpret metrics and reports from technology tools to guide strategy and decision-making within schools.
Technical support: Knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues related to educational platforms.
Interpersonal communication: Clear and assertive verbal and written communication skills to interact with different client profiles and stakeholders.
Adaptation to technological innovations: Ability to continuously update knowledge about new trends and tools in the educational technology market.
Planning and organization: Competence to create service schedules and customize support strategies according to specific client needs.
Valid driving license (category B) and availability for frequent travel.
