Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting competency-based interviews, and supporting decision-making to ensure the best fit between candidates and positions.
Attract and select qualified talent using multiple platforms, recruitment and selection tools, and proactive sourcing/hunting strategies, focusing on identifying professionals aligned with the required technical and behavioral competencies.
Monitor recruitment and selection metrics, contributing data such as time-to-fill, hiring accuracy (quality of hire), and selection process efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed)
Previous experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and managing high-volume hiring
Intermediate Excel skills
