About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the production and validation of educational assessments, mock exams, and supplementary materials, ensuring pedagogical quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with institutional guidelines.
Coordinate the annual production planning for assessments and content, defining schedules, priorities, and workflows in collaboration with pedagogical and executive teams.
Perform technical and pedagogical review of content, ensuring standardization, curriculum alignment, and excellence of printed and digital materials.
Monitor feedback from schools and internal departments, promoting continuous improvements in processes, assessments, and educational materials.
Lead teams and suppliers involved in the editorial, printing, and assessment production chain, ensuring operational efficiency and delivery quality.
Manage the area's budget, contracts, and performance indicators, focusing on resource optimization, compliance, and operational performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed), preferably in Education, Pedagogy, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of pedagogy, educational methodologies, and the school context.
Experience with educational assessment, production, and review of pedagogical content.
Knowledge of editorial processes and the production of printed and digital materials.
Familiarity with educational legislation, including the LDB (Brazilian Education Guidelines and Framework Law), National Curricular Guidelines, and the BNCC (National Common Curricular Base).
Knowledge of Copyright Law and management of educational content.
Experience with educational solutions and products targeted to the education sector.
