About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, consolidate, and analyze the main strategic KPIs across business areas;
Lead and prepare weekly performance meetings with stakeholders;
Identify patterns, deviations, and opportunities from the data, translating findings into actionable recommendations;
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring access to reliable and up-to-date information;
Support scenario diagnostics and contribute to the leadership's strategic direction;
Actively participate in structuring the Performance Team's processes and methodologies;
Collaborate in building analytical models and automations that increase the team's ability to generate insights;
Serve as an internal technical reference for data analysis and BI best practices;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to turn information into decisions
Clear and concise communication to present analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
Proactivity and autonomy to identify problems and propose solutions without constant direction
Strategic business vision combined with technical execution ability
Organizational skills and methodological rigor in data handling and validation
Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple areas
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn in a growing environment
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure processes where they do not yet exist
Proficiency required in Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
