About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate schedules, rituals, and deliverables for Procurement transformation projects, acting as the project focal point (PMO profile).
Lead governance for product and supplier master data, ensuring taxonomy, standardized descriptions, categorization, and fiscal bindings (NCM, CST).
Serve as the interface between Procurement and business areas (IT, Tax, Controllership, Operations) in project forums, identifying blockers and reporting status to management.
Execute testing, validation, and acceptance of ERP system modules (TOTVS RM), ensuring adherence to business rules.
Support the structuring and review of Procurement policies, standards, and operational procedures.
Build and maintain performance indicators and dashboards in collaboration with the Procurement Intelligence team.
Conduct training and capacity-building for end users on implemented or revised processes and systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Procurement/Purchasing processes (requisition-to-pay).
Experience in managing system implementation projects, preferably as a key user or PMO in ERP implementations/re-implementations.
Knowledge of master data governance for materials and services.
Advanced Excel.
Ability to liaise and communicate with multiple departments and hierarchical levels.
Experience with TOTVS ERP (RM, Datasul, or Protheus).
Experience in the Education sector.
Knowledge of tax classification (NCM, CST) and interaction with Tax and Accounting areas.
