About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage CRM Rubeus operations and the organization of information;
- Monitor and structure the CRM journey for different areas of the company;
- Ensure the quality, centralization, currency and reliability of the database;
- Create, control and monitor workflows, requests, opportunities and processes within the CRM;
- Extract, consolidate and analyze management and operational reports;
- Develop dashboards, reports and performance indicators in Power BI;
- Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision making;
- Identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities and efficiency gains in processes;
- Support cross-functional integration through the organization and strategic interpretation of information;
- Perform geographic, demographic and market analyses using external tools;
- Support strategic planning with data analyses, projections and market studies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in data management and analysis;
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably focused on journey and process management;
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports;
- Analytical ability to interpret indicators and support decision-making;
- Knowledge in structuring, controlling and maintaining databases;
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and a systemic view of processes;
- Organized, analytical profile with a focus on continuous improvement.
