Mid-level Recruitment and Selection Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to finalizing hires.
- Publish job openings, screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and administer and analyze behavioral and technical assessment tools when applicable.
- Prepare candidate reports and provide structured feedback to hiring managers.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, ensuring deadlines, SLAs and the quality of hires are met.
- Support talent attraction initiatives, maintaining relationships with agencies, partner institutions and recruitment platforms.
- Support continuous improvement projects within the Recruitment & Selection (R&S) area and corporate initiatives related to talent attraction and selection.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, with end-to-end process ownership;
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews, ensuring technical and behavioral alignment.
- Experience using recruitment systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal candidate databases and employee referrals);
- Knowledge of Hunting and Sourcing techniques;
- Experience interfacing with hiring managers and business areas, and working in dynamic environments with a high volume of hires;
- Interest in different business areas to attract the right people while ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, organization, deadline management, interpersonal skills, negotiation and influence, and business acumen.
