About the role
- Provide level 2 support by phone or online (guiding and answering questions regarding all system processes, configurations, and records)
- Develop reports in RM Reports and Reporting Services
- Develop grade calculation formulas in TOTVS Educacional
- Customize screens using the Metadados tool
- Implement the School Census (Censo Escolar)
- Create user manuals
- Test customizations
- Validate and approve new functionalities
- Update TOTVS RM versions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in implementation and support of the TOTVS RM Educacional system
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience with system parameterization, business rules, and user support
- Experience in basic education (K–12) institutions is desirable
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- TOTVS Educacional — Basic Education course
- Preferred: Experience implementing the TOTVS Educacional School Census (Censo Escolar) and creating visual formulas
