About the role

  • Project participation - Participate in low-complexity projects within your area of responsibility, performing activities according to received guidance.
  • Participation in the financial close - Contribute to the accounting close within the deadlines established by the company, carrying out the tasks assigned in the schedule.
  • Reclassifications and journal entries - Perform reclassifications and journal entries manually or via import, in accordance with the chart of accounts mapping in the TOTVS RM system.
  • Post entries in the TOTVS RM system - Process entries and integrations in the TOTVS RM system, ensuring accounting information is recorded in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation analyses - Support reconciliation analyses of low to medium complexity, working under the supervision of Seniors, Specialists and Coordination.
  • Report extraction - Extract reports, trial balances and other documentation, supporting analyses and assisting the department.
  • Analysis and addition of fixed-asset items - Review and add asset items in the Bonum system, ensuring accurate registration and control of the company's fixed assets.
  • Ticket handling - Respond to tickets in Gestão X and requests from other areas, contributing with business best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed) or currently in the final year of an Accounting degree
  • CRC certification and registration (desirable) - Annual fee is covered by the company
  • Experience in the area
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Knowledge of the TOTVS RM system (plus)
