About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute and manage product marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging, efficiency in campaign execution, and generation of measurable results across the entire customer and prospect journey.
  • Plan and execute product marketing strategies (launches, campaigns and sustainment activities)
  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, alignment across internal teams, and quality of deliverables
  • Develop and monitor multichannel campaigns (online and offline)
  • Define, monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous optimizations
  • Plan and manage communication flows for different audiences: build relationship nurture sequences
  • Define customer and prospect journeys and segment the database
  • Act as the marketing focal point for internal areas (sales, product, educational, etc.)
  • Prepare strategic and operational briefings for campaigns, assets and initiatives
  • Manage relationships with suppliers (agencies, production companies, freelancers), ensuring quality and alignment with the strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience leading complex marketing projects and initiatives
  • Analytical ability to define and manage metrics and KPIs
  • Strong business acumen and results orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Experience in B2B environments
  • Experience integrating communications, performance marketing and events
  • Experience working with agencies and multiple partners
  • Experience building customer journeys and communication cadences
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, media/ads, analytics)
  • Strategic thinking and systems-level perspective
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions
