About the role
- Backlog prioritization and organization - Support prioritization and organization of the backlog considering educational impact, user experience, and the company's strategic directives.
- Functional requirements and acceptance criteria - Draft functional requirements and acceptance criteria for features, taking into account usage scenarios, error cases, profile-based differentiation, and platform integrations.
- Metrics monitoring - Monitor usage, engagement, and academic performance indicators associated with digital products, proposing continuous improvements.
- Ensuring cross-functional alignment - Ensure alignment between pedagogy, technology, data, and business teams, ensuring coherence between the educational proposal and the digital solution.
Requirements
- Knowledge of digital product management and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to structure educational problems and translate them into viable digital solutions.
