About the role

  • Support for Management Routines: provide direct support to analysts during monthly closings and throughout the annual budget preparation cycle (Budget/Forecast).
  • Reporting and Dashboards: assist in identifying key variances between Actual vs. Budget.
  • Budget Module User Support: act as the focal point for handling requests from business areas regarding budget control.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills (essential for stakeholder support), proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and basic programming logic or database manipulation.
  • Previous experience in controllership, tax, or finance environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with RM TOTVS is a plus).
