About the role

  • Responsible for identifying and prospecting qualified leads for the sales team;
  • Qualify leads to ensure they fit the company’s ideal customer profile;
  • Schedule meetings and ensure both sides are prepared for the meeting;
  • Follow up with leads throughout the sales funnel, maintaining engagement and providing additional information as needed;
  • Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights about leads, providing feedback on prospecting strategies, and helping identify opportunities to improve the sales process;
  • Use sales tools and technologies such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, email automation, prospecting platforms, and others to optimize activities and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed and currently enrolled in higher education;
  • Experience in the role;
