About the role

  • Build the Operational Map together with the responsible areas
  • Continuously update the Operational Map with the responsible areas
  • Follow up weekly with owners of critical deliverables regarding deadlines, status and risks
  • Identify inconsistencies between planned and executed activities and flag deviations
  • Prepare reports and consolidated views for leadership meetings
  • Identify and ensure critical milestones are always visible and monitored
  • Support areas in the correct use of the tool and in understanding the process
  • Record operational risks identified during updates
  • Act as the Operational Map focal point for all company areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Administration, Engineering, Management, Process Management or related fields)
  • Previous experience in activity control, schedules or PMO routines
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and organizational tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, advanced Excel or similar preferred)
  • Strong ability to organize information and track deadlines
  • Ability to produce clear, objective reports
  • Experience in PMO, operations or planning areas
  • Experience in companies with complex operations or rapid growth
