About the role

  • Supervise the execution of communication and brand-audience relationship projects;
  • Assign tasks and monitor deadlines and deliverables with the operations/routine and marketing teams;
  • Support the development of content for campaigns, events, institutional materials, and communication channels;
  • Oversee and organize communication channels with the brand's audiences;
  • Monitor the implementation of customer experience initiatives, contributing to more empathetic actions aligned with the brand identity;
  • Ensure consistency in brand language and visual identity across all materials and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication and/or Marketing. Related fields: Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism;
  • Experience leading teams and managing projects;
  • Knowledge of the main types of vendors and service providers in the communications segment;
  • Familiarity with key communication tools and practices: content production, channel selection, and development of promotional materials;
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Excel and SharePoint;
  • Leadership and Mentoring: guide, develop, and inspire the team; act as a mentor for the team's professional growth;
  • Interpersonal Relations: build strong relationships with the team, cross-functional areas, and partners;
  • Effective Communication: convey ideas and results clearly to diverse audiences;
  • Organization and Planning: prioritize requests and plan activities strategically;
  • Strategic Vision: plan campaigns aligned with business objectives and make data-driven decisions;
  • Resilience: act with emotional maturity and handle conflicts constructively;
