About the role

  • We are seeking a professional to join our team focused on the creation and development of digital educational products for high school. The candidate will be responsible for producing digital learning objects, mind maps, infographics, and assessment items, contributing to the innovation and quality of our materials;
  • Plan, create, and develop digital products targeted at high school students;
  • Design interactive digital learning objects, mind maps, infographics, and visual materials that support the teaching-learning process;
  • Produce and review assessment items aligned with the curriculum’s competencies and skills;
  • Ensure pedagogical and instructional clarity in materials, considering both the student and teacher experience;
  • Collaborate with content, design, and technology teams to ensure coherence and final product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Languages (Letras) or a related field, with specialization or proven experience in Instructional Design;
  • Classroom teaching experience (preferably at the high school level);
  • Strong knowledge of pedagogy and the development of digital educational materials;
  • Proficiency with the following tools: Canva, Genially, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
  • Ability to transform complex content into clear, objective, and engaging visual materials;
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with distance learning (E-learning) and active learning methodologies;
  • Knowledge of gamification tools and interactive digital resources;
  • Creativity and innovation in presenting educational content.
